No exchange or refund on stickers, patches, tote bags, stubby holders or yard signs – but please contact us to discuss if a problem arises.


How long will postage take? 
We do our best to dispatch all orders on weekly basis via Australia Post. We don’t track orders but you can check average delivery time on the Australia Post website.

Local Hobart orders may sometimes be couriered to you direct.

What happens if my order gets lost? 
We’ll check that your address was entered correctly and if so, we’ll do our best to send out another as fast as we can.

Can my order be posted express? 
Unfortunately we do not offer express shipping.

Can I pick my order up from your office? 
All items are posted except for Yard Signs which are for pick up only.  Please contact us for details to arrange this.
