Residents Opposed to the Cable Car (ROCC) have formally applied to the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal (RMPAT) to ‘enlarge the grounds of refusal’ of the cable car and its associated commercial infrastructure on kunanyi/Mt Wellington.
